Find out about our companionship calls
Sometimes what people need most isn’t more care - it’s connection, purpose, and time to be themselves.
We offer personalised companionship and social support for people who may be feeling isolated, lonely, or at risk of losing the activities and roles that matter to them. As qualified Occupational Therapists, our focus is enablement - helping people maintain skills, routines, confidence, and a strong sense of identity.
What we do

Every visit is tailored to the individual. That might look like:
Friendly conversation about hobbies, memories, or interests
Playing favourite music or sharing a cup of tea
Walks, seaside coffees, or gentle outings
Crafts, games, dominoes, or puzzles
Supporting routines and meaningful daily activities
Helping people do what matters to them
